plants and animals, and several rare and endangered birds including
the Hawaii state bird, the Nene (the Hawaiian goose), Hawaiian honeycreepers
and the Kamehameha butterfly. Hawaii Volcanoes National park truly
is a spectacular spot to view Hawaii’s plants and wildlife
in their natural environment.
